• How long does it take to do site update work?
  Our staff works quickly and efficiently. Changing an image or text on a page usually takes less than 15 minutes. Adding a new form or a new page will probably take about an hour.
• I know I am going to need website maintenance ongoing but first I need the site to be built. Can you do that?

  Yes Sumow does offer part-time or full-time dedicated designer/developer resources. You communicate directly with these professionals via telephone, email or instant messenger.
• How do I communicate my requirements and track feedback?
  You can tell us what you want by filling out Service Request forms.
• What happens if I need more hours than I have paid for ?
  If you ask for work to be done that will take you over your allowance, we will tell you. You can then either upgrade your plan to a higher number of hours or just pay for the extra hours you need that month at $15 per hour.
